Change is never easy. Making a conscious decision to move from something comfortable and familiar to something unknown and uncertain takes considerable effort, focus and energy. And the result could be either satisfaction, disappointment or anything between those two extremes. There is a risk factor and that risk factor is used by many as a deterrent; an excuse. The good news is that change isn’t mandatory. If we’re complete and content where we are there’s no need to alter our situation nor is there any motivation.
